Shipping & Payment

1. Shipping

For all countries: Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on weekdays.

National shipping within Germany

Within Germany the shipping is done with DHL. The shipping costs are 4.90* EUR and shipping is free within Germany for orders over 20.00 EUR.

The Standard shipping within Germany takes 1-3 business days.

 

2. Payment

  • Credit-, Debitcard Pay your order with credit card. We accept credit cards from Visa, Master and American Express. The payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card data.
  • PayPal Payment via PayPal - simple, fast and secure.
  • Apple Pay If you have Apple Pay set up on your device, you can pay with Apple Pay in a modern and secure way.
  • Prepayment by bank transfer Simply pay by bank transfer to our bank account. After receipt of payment on our bank account (1-3 working days) the goods will be shipped within 24 hours on working days. You will receive our bank account data with the order confirmation by email.
